I made this for a Graphic 45 Facebook Card Challenge. I am in love with the Bird Song collection and up until now it's been tucked safely away in the package because I was putting off cutting into such beautiful papers. But this challenge got me to do it. Fussy cutting is the way to go with G45's exquisite designs!! I didn't necessarily make this card for anyone in particular and for now it is sitting on the shelf where I can continue to admire it. :)

[I used the edge distress tool and sandpaper to rough up the edges of the birds piece. With my finger, I rubbed a hint of gold metallic ink onto the birds for a subtle shimmer. The metal birdhouse is sewn to the paper and also inked with a bit of gold metallic ink to make it pop. The 3D flowers were one piece, deconstructed and reformed into three flowers to accent the flowers on the paper. Pop dotted for dimension.]
