This is my entry for the Nov. Title challenge. I used the "Make A Wish' title for this cute photo of my grandniece celebrating her third birthday. I included the required number, too (3).
I am combining this with the Nov. Mood Board challenge. I took inspiration from all those lovely bright circles, using lots of patterned paper circles to matte my photo and add that look of party color that the Mood board gives off.
