Beck Fleck Sketch Challenge #128

Our first attempt at adding a rooster to our flock ended in failure. After a few months he was one of the nastiest creatures I have ever come across leaving black and blue marks on everyone's shins. Attempts at rehabilitating him failed (yes, there is such a thing as rooster rehab). So broke down and asked a local family to catch him and take him away. We didn't ask what his future was...

The black and white checked paper and the row of black rooster strips are perfect for this page! Love the photos!

Perfect papers choice and great take on the sketch! I never knew of a 'nice' rooster. We had chickens and roosters and other farm animals growing up.

Awwwww....when my daughter got her first two chickens they named one Georgia but it ended up being a George and they had to give him away too. Really love those rows of chickens.

OH my gosh, Rooster Cogburn? Best name ever. This is such a great layout, the title, the real life journaling, everything!
