*Barb's Pawesome NSD Twinkie & Skylar Challenge*
I used black cardstock, stickers. Cream embellies (mostly veneers). White mist.
Accent color is Electric Yellow to match the large toy Shelby has in her mouth.
I punched circles out in various sizes and used Prima's hearts
