Our hike down into Seminole Canyon to get to the shelves (overhangs) where the Rock Art is.

Journal: Page 1 The hike down is steep. There are stairs cut into the rock but they are uneven and we need to be careful. So glad I have my hiking boots on & we have our hiking sticks.

Page 2 - The people who produced the Rock Art were a nomadic people. They did not build any structures. They lived where the rock juts out - the overhangs. That is where we are headed. The rock shelf is above the canyon floor so we will need to climb up to it.
