Wow! I LOVE that tradition- so much more meaningful than a candy treat. As a reader who raised readers (that are also raising readers) I can’t say how awesome this is. We celebrate Hanukkah (well, duh since we celebrate Rosh Hashanah, LOL) and every year one of their gifts is a book. Thanks for participating in my journaling challenge!
