This is the Lo I did for the Then and Now Challenge. The way Braille Technology has advanced. I also did it for the DIY challenge. I used a paper punch to create what the call a braille cell that can make up the whole alphabet. By using a combination of raised dots. I then colored the dots black and used Pliads Royal Coat Dimensional Magic ( Adds Dimension and Highlights.
