Favorites: 6Brownie Cookie Booths **Inspired by Fashion Reveal** posted Mar 9, 2010
The flowers on this page were inspired by a tank top. To recreate the flowers, I cut circles out of patterned paper. I cut the circle into a spiral. I folded the outer edge of the spiral backwards(the side that will be facing upwards and make the petals) to create the dimension on the flowers. Then starting in the center of the spiral, I tightened the circle forming the flowers.
Other fashion inspired page elements: The patterns on the MME Lush papers all look like patterns you would find on fabrics (pinstripes, houndstooth, polka dot), Prima stitched accents; ruffled edges.
Supplies: PPS: MME Lush; stitched accents: Prima; Letters: Pink Paislee; Crepe paper (pleated to make the ruffles): Jenni Bowlin;
