Scrappy 1967 Before/After scrapbook challenge NSD 2019 posted May 4, 2019
by Jaditelady173

Here comes the before. My scrapbook is in my basement it's a little bit messy due to me moving stuff around so I can clean the 3 other rooms in my basement. It's a work in progress. I have problems with cat hair, dust and dampness. So I keep my stuff in containers of possible. The center is 3 tables. The largest 8 ft one is my main working area. I have 2 small 4 ft tables facing each in front of my 8 ft table. One is set aside for sewing, the opposite one is for computer work or printing things. Up against the wall is a tall 4 ft table with my peg board above it. This is my messy products station. I do my painting, ink sprays, glittering, embossing powders or any other mixed media stuff that i dont want going everywhere. I have big pieces of styrofoam i put around it to contain the mess.

Most of my scrapbook paper or related items are in the back surrounding my 8 ft table. I have 2 walls of paper. I sort by theme in the TT plastic storage. I keep certain manufacturers separate to keep the entire collections together. My loose paper and cardstock is sorted by color in 12 x 12 containers. Solid cardstock is on the left under the glass cabinets where my new cart is blocking it. Pattern paper is sorted by color and on the side wall to the right below the 4 glass cabinet.

I keep embellishments related to each theme stored in with the paper. If there is too much like Xmas, Fall, kids, baby, etc. I store the embellishments in the White drawers behind me that are labeled. So here are some photos.

What a great workspace. So much storage and so well organized. And I love it in pink and white!!

Thank you!

I love all the pink!! Your scrappy room is awesome!!!
