The title comes from The Foot Book By Dr. Seuss. I wanted a colorful and chaotic look befitting a clown. I used some Sassafrass Lass for the some of the borders and October Afternoon and Pebbles (one side has 2 border strips). I used turquoise, blarney, sun sister, and rum punch Glimmer Mist. I traced the edges of elements with a pen to make them pop. I cut the title on my Silhouette. The fonts are Pacifico and Rustler. A hole punch was to cut semi-circles between the strip of tickets from the OA paper.
