These are really nice heavy plastic, but they look like a brad. Apply easily.

Just OK. They are rather cheap looking. The silver looks very gray. They have a circular adhesive dot on the back which in some cases hangs over and is visible from the front. That dot raises them up a tiny bit from the paper. Very "plastic-y" looking.
