this is a gorgeous die, but goodness it is challenging to get it to cut properly. I had to use a special cutting mat as well as shim, and it still took numerous passes through the Big Shot to get a somewhat decent cut. I adore all things Sizzix and Tim Holtz, but this one is not a favorite.

this has a lot of intricate little cuts to it, so of course it's picky about getting it all out of the die cutter without tearing - but if you're patient, it looks really nice once it is. I will make some nice cards with this!
