Reinforce Hole Punch

Exactly what I needed/wanted to make decorative reinforcements for a ring binder journal.

Perfectly fits their tag punches!

Works great and so happy i can make reinforcers with any paper now!!

Maybe because it just needs to get used or maybe it's the paper I used, but the paper circle gets stuck 1 of every 4 times.

I have already used this wonderful tool many times! Was concerned about the inside pieces not coming out but learned to pull up on the top piece to reveal the storage. Easy to empty those small pieces!

So many uses for this little punch. I love it.

A punch like this has been needed for a long time. I just wish this one would have been engineered a little better. After several punches, I had to pick the centers of the reinforcements out of the punch with a pin that I bent to get at them better. It seems there is no exit for that center piece of paper as you are punching, so it just keeps compacting one after another into the punch, eventually rendering it useless until it gets cleaned out. A rather tedious and frustrating task but worth it if you wish to use this punch. And I do. However, the minute another company makes a better version, this one will likely go in the trash.

Update: Oh my goodness! I just figured out how to get the holes out of my punch so that it would stop jamming. Simply lift up on the handle of the punch and it should pop open to reveal all the tiny circles that I had previously been trying to pick out of the punch with a pin. As a result, I am upgrading my rating from two stars to five. :)

Glad I bought it. I have a reinforcer die but seldom used it. I have already punched reinforcers in coordinating colors to many tags. Yes, it is closed on the bottom, sticks a little, and there is the mystery of the whereabouts of the center circle, but you will get tons of use out of this thing. You will not make nearly as many reinforcers without this. It kicks your tags up a notch. It will be one of my most used punches.

punches very easily, use upside down for proper placement. Can be used for a 'notch' cut as well.

I'm so happy to have a reinforcement hole punch, but I have to push on the punch a couple of times for it to punch through the paper. Wish the quality was better, but I'm not sorry I bought it.

Meh... Solid quality and does what is says it does... They don't show a picture of the bottom and I didn't really think about it, but because it punches one hole inside another, the base has to be solid - which means you can't see where you're punching... The other thing I'm not sure about is the paper from the hole punched inside the circle/ring doesn't come out anywhere and there's nowhere to open up and empty the punch... Waiting to see if they are stuck somewhere...

Nice to be able to punch out reinforcement holes to match what ever you are doing.

Works great, even on heavier weight card. Think of the fun!

The punch does not make a good clean punch. I sticks a little and you have to play with it to get hole out - which is punched. But you should be able to do one after another without any problem
