Favorite television show? Tough one..I guess I have to say Army wives, but I love Picker sisters, and American Pickers..

Name 3 musical artists you enjoy. Mandisa-she inspired me so much. Sugarland, Stevie Nicks

Name 2 of your favorite colors. RED, Pink.. although I really don't have a favorite color, some Im drawn to.. but I notice its more about color combinations for me and what the colors represent to me..

Favorite thing to do with your family? BBQ and play balderdash.

What's your favorite scrapping tool to use when scrapbooking? Another tough question… Lately its big my Big Bite crop-a-dile. or cutter bee scissors..I cant live without them.

Name 3 of your favorite SB companies/lines. HOw about 10 of my favorite? Wow, narrow down to 3…Lets see..I have to say My Minds Eye, Prima, Bo Bunny and Pink Paislee are tied for me..
What are your favorite adhesives?
Right now I'm hating my adhesives.. I've been using scotch double stick acid free tape, and the lil cheap tape runners…from all the research I have been doing, I think my new favorite will be the ATG dispenser!

What's the one thing you must have readily available when you sit down to scrap?
My trimmer..I have the old fiskars..

What would you like the ACOT members to know about you? At age 46, I climbed over 10,000 feet of mountain to the top..13 hour hike through grizzly territory and camped at the top of a mountain in Montana next to Terrace Lake. Being heavy all my life, I never thought I could do this.

I'm terrified of lightning. I am not human til I've had my coffee. I'm trying to get a degree as a dental assistant. I actually have 8 kids but I list 7 because one passed away when I was 22 years old. I've had many bad and sad things happen, but despite it all I'm pretty happy. I've been scrapbooking since 1997. I can paint murals, kids faces and faux painting. I like to sew, embroider, bake and garden.

I love to do home renovations with my hubby who taught me how to do drywall mud, texture, cut boards and roofing. I ride with patriot gaurd riders for our soldiers and do rides for Toy Runs. I volunteer at our local senior center as a paper crafter and I've been an active parent volunteer/ band mom every year since 2002. I sing in choir at church when I can… oh and I can pick up a pencil with my toes…I hate gory, scary movies, and can't stay in the room when a magician saws a lady in half. Lol! Aren't those some odd random facts about me?

When you think of Halloween, do you picture old vintage movies, (pre-70's era), with haunted mansions, Dracula's den or Gothic haunted houses filled with creepy chandeliers, spider webs, skulls, and warning signs? Well, this line called "Phantom" by Pink Paislee brings you back to a vintage creepiness, long before Freddy, Jason, and Michael Myers hit the scene…

I enjoyed playing with Pink Paislee's Phantom line so much that I ran out. You have to see this product in person to appreciate it. The Papers are thick enough that it can take the inking and misting without warping. One of the things you will love is that some of the Papers have a slick raised epoxy like surface on the pattern. That way when you mist or ink it..the print remains vivid.

My Darling Grandson Kason at 1 1/2..His mommy made his costume.

They are beautiful on their own without the inking too. I adore the collage pattern paper.  Great for fussy cutting if you like to do that. One clever idea with the papers is that most of them have a subtle grid.  This is awesome for people like me who hates to measure. The subtle grid actually helps me line things up better. The card stock stickers have a variety of images that can be used both for vintage and Halloween. The Acetate/ transparency frames come in a wonderful variety of sizes that can be used over pictures, over journal spots, or tucked in at angles behind the papers.

by accident when took the pic of the layout it made the spoon appear to glow..I

The Gothic detail is amazing! I saw that Heidi Swapp used some of the transparency frames as a Mini album… (I have to try that one). The stickers have some aging on it, however I noticed they take to ink really well. The Phantom Chipboard Alphabets have a subtle grid pattern with gothic detail on the font shape. They are much stickier than other chipboard stickers I've used in the past. They take to ink, and mist as well as Glossy accents. However, they are just as beautiful if left un-inked. The Brads are beautiful. The epoxy look with the pattern paper design is gorgeous. The black brads remind me of vintage coat buttons. I Thought about using the black brads for OWL EYES.  Also, If you have a chance to order the Pink Paislee Phantom Stamps, you wont regret it. They are GORGEOUS and Creepy!!!

  1. I had to read your bio again….just because of your screen name….and let you know that my DS is working towards that. In his Jr. year in HS he did a 1/2 day program with a school that works with our school district and earns kids college credit. That year he was in the Firefighter program. This year he is doing the EMT program.
As for your stuff….OMG…you are so talented!!!!!
