Here are a few snap shots on how to make quick and easy party treats using trendy tubes and other embellishments.
In this photo, you can see most of the supplies I'll be using to make the trendy tube treats.
First, I fill the trendy tubes with treats! My selection this time is Skittles!
Next, I added some double-sided tape to a cream/red striped ribbon and added it to each tube.
I die cut a few flowers from the Heidi Swapp paper. You can also punch flowers. Assembled them with baker's twine and a button.
After adhering each flower embellishment to the tubes, I tied ribbon around each tube into a bow.
Here is the finished project!
Such a fun and easy project to make multiples for any event.
I also made a card showing how you can use a trendy tube on a handmade card design.
I adhered the trendy tube using double-sided tape. The confetti can be created wtih small die cuts or punches.
The graduate can open the trendy tube and dump the confetti to celebrate the occasion.
Washi tape is on each side of the tube. I chose to focus on the graduate's college colors for the card!
