Hello ladies! Time for another pinterest-inspired challenge for you! I'm sorry I totally flaked on my own challenge last month but if it makes you feel better I didn't scrap anything at all (yeah, doens't make me feel better either...) Anyway, for this challenge I want you to take this image and create a layout based on some aspect of it. I chose this image in honor of my youngest daughter's birthday- she will be 2 on Sunday. Feel free to combine this with other challenges and post your layout here. We have been having such good participation I will be contributing a $5 ACOT gift card to one random winner this month! So here's your image:

I had sooo much fun with this challenge. LOVED the colors! I was drawn to the coral background of that first bag, with the small flowers. Cupcakes and cup cake liners makes me think of birthdays. Here is my layout:

I used pastel/shorbet colors and circular flowers like the ones shown in the pinterest photo.

I was inspired by the crimped cupcake papers, the tags, and the nested circles along the top of the bags. So I used those 3 elements on my LO.

Sorry I broke the rules and skipped the layout! I really wanted to make a gift bag like the sample picture from Pinterest! I keep a supply of brown gift bags on hand and decorate them as needed. It took me all month to remember to buy some cupcake liners!
The flash washed out the golds, but it really turned out great and thanks for the idea!!
