I love this tool! It works with Copics, Distress Markers, Sharpies,Tombow ABT... It's worked with every marker I've tried... You can control how fine a mist you get by adjusting what tip, and what part of the tip, is in front of the nozzle... You can change the size/density of the mist by how close you hold it to the paper... Such a basic tool but you can do so much with it...

More of a fine 'spattering' then an airbrush look, works great with Copic markers.

This works fine with my sharpie markers. But it doesn't work well with my thin markers. I haven't tried any of the distress markers with it yet. Since I don't have any distress markers as of yet. But it works well with what it can do. I like it so far.

This actually works pretty nicely. Very easy to use as well. I used it with Tim's distress markers & very happy with the results. You can spray up close for a darker more definitive spray or further away for a lighter design. I used this in conjunction with his stencils.

This thing is pretty cool. So far I have use Chromatix markers, a Sharpie, and paint pens. I used a white paint pen to add a light splatter on chalkboard washi so it looks like chalk. Pretty cool!

Love this product! It makes using stencils so easy. Great for mixed media. Believe it or not works best with Copics! just remove the cylinder. Only gave it 4 stars because it is harder to get the distress markers to work.

I have used this with distress markers, glitter markers, paint markers and copics. I have been able to add color, fade out the color and really use my stencils in ways I haven't before. I really suggest watching the video where Tim Holtz demonstrates the spritzer and practicing with some markers you have extras of or don't like as much - then you won't use up your favorites while learning. It doesn't take much practice but I think you will want to practice on scrap paper to try the different looks you can get. Spritzer is the correct name. It isn't air brushing but you can get some wonderful background effects. I am very pleased with this product.
