My Favorite Things Layout & Cards
Hello Everyone! Sara with you today. I have a lovely set of projects to share with you featuring the My Favorite Things collection from Carta Bella and the Positive Greetings Stamp Set from Gina K. I am always on the lookout for stamps that can do double duty in my craft room. I love stamps that can work for both scrapbook layouts and cards. This stamp set does just that! And paired with this lovely collection from Carta Bella *chef’s kiss*
For my layout, I used my own sketch from my Sketchy Challenge over on the Message Board to create with. The hats in the Carta Bella Collection went perfectly with my photo as well as the colors and mood.
One of the things I love about this stamp set is the unique, fun words. No ‘happy’ in sight. They are unique and fun and I love the font. I used them to build my title along with some Catherine Pooler Juniper Mist ink (my favorite navy!)
I colored the flowers in the stamp set with Zig Real Brush markers in coordinating colors to match the collection, paired them with papers and stickers from the line, and pulled together these cards pretty quickly!
They turned out so sweet!
I highly recommend this Gina K stamp and who can say no to Carta Bella papers designed by Steven Duncan? Not this girl!
