My name is Diane and I've been married to a wonderful man for over 25 years. We have a 22 year old son, Michael, and our grand daughter, Laci, was born December 11, 2007. She was 6 weeks early, but, she is a strong little girl already. We also have a cat named Cookie, and until recently, a parakeet named Tweety. Unfortunately, Tweety passed away in my hands Dec. 28.

I'm a true newbie to scrap booking. I started in early 2007 and looking back at my first album, I think, 'oh, how juvenile', but it still means a lot to me, and I wouldn't change a thing about it.

My style is very 'geometric', and I am trying to think 'outside of my box'. The gallery inspires me to try new things.

I've accomplished a lot in my life thus far, but, I have to say my family is my best success story. I live each day for them so I can enjoy the fruits of my 'labor'!

I love Hummingbirds, Bluebirds (not Blue Jays), Yellow Finches and Purple Finches, along with Butterflies. I adore chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, foxes, and deer. If you have a plant or flower that needs some extra TLC, I'm your 'plant whisperer'.

Take me to the Ocean, and I'll get lost for the day. Before I die, I want to visit the Florida Keys, and Bermuda for all the marine life it has to offer.

My taste in books lean towards Autobiographies and Biographies. 'MARLEY & ME' by John Grogan, and 'INSIDE MY HEART' by Robin McGraw, are my last two favorite books.
