About
Almost 14 years ago, after losing my beautiful 13 year old, Emma, I put my scrapbooking aside. The joy I once found in creating just wasn’t there anymore, and for a very long time I couldn’t bring myself to return to it.
Now, all these years later, I’ve slowly found my way back.
Creating again has reminded me just how special it is to tell our stories through photographs, paper and all those little details that make a memory come alive. My pages are filled with the people I love, especially my family and gorgeous grandchildren, and each one holds a little piece of our story.
My stash may be growing at a slightly alarming rate, but so is my love for this beautiful hobby.
For me, scrapbooking isn’t simply about making something pretty. It’s about remembering, celebrating, healing and creating something tangible that says, this moment mattered.
And somewhere within every page I create, Emma will always be part of my story.
