Hi everyone! I'm Laura...a loving little gal who moved to Northern Nevada. Sparks, NV is right next to Reno. I have THE most wonderful spouse on the face of the Earth (in my humble opinion of course) and the best kids too. We have 2 four-legged kids (no human kids), a beautiful labrador retriever named Cassie and 2 months ago we were blessed with a GORGEOUS golden retriever named Pacer.
I worked at a scrapbooking/camera store for 8 wonderful years. I learned SO much, made so many friends, and miss all of them like crazy! My husband and I are retired now so I have a lot of time to scrap and make cards. I LOVE scrapbooking because there ARE no rules! You do what you WANT to do...no matter if it makes ANYONE happy but you.
My husband and I also do a lot of volunteer work for Guide Dogs for the Blind. We help raise puppies from Guide Dogs and teach them all the things they're going to need to know before they go through the grueling Guide-Dog training they'll need to be eyes for another person who can't use theirs.
