I've been married for 19 years and he is so sweet and supportive of my crafty addiction! We have a 17 year old daughter who has also found she loves to get crafty. So we have fun sharing a craft room and creative ideas! We adopted Gizmo a black lab from a local rescue that we volunteer at and he is just the perfect addition to our little family!
During the month of October we really get into Halloween. Along with several neighbors we have a Pirates of Pinehurst show with animatics, smoke machines and music. We also hide gold coins in the parks and trails for kids to find and return for a prize. We all dress up like pirates and my husband is the unofficial Captain of the street. He gets into character and everything.
I've been crafty for a long time. I started with stamping and making cards and I still love to do that when I can. I love scrapbooking and creating party favors or treats using all the paper products I have.
I love Doodlebug, glitter, ice mochas, movies, true crime, candy, pizza and crafting. And I just recently rediscovered Kettle corn popcorn and I'm so addicted!
