About
Hi - I am a 67 year old grandma. Married to my hubby John for 46 years in October. I have three children (who are older than most of you!!) - two sons John and Doug and a daughter, Amy. I have eight grandchildren - Lisa (21) who will be starting med school next year, Andrea (19) who lives with me while attending college - studying to be a deaf interpreter, Ashley (18), John (18), Chris (16), Lauren (10), and my two little unexpected little ones, Lizzie (3-1/2) and Alexa (3). These eight are the subjects of the majority of my scrapbooking.
I was a paper scrapper until recently when I experimented with digi. I love it - except I do miss the mess - REALLY! I love it when I have glue on my hands, paint on my table, bits of paper all over the place, brads that have rolled on the floor, missing bottle tops, and at least 40 pieces of paper and 50 different embellishments that I didn't use and now have to put away - oh yeah, I forgot - have to clean the stamps, put away the colozzule, the Sizzix, the QuikCutz, a whole pile of ribbon, dozens of chipboard, my Cat's eye chalks . . . . but the finished result is priceless to me. I am always so happy to add another page to one of my albums.
My hobby is shopping - unfortunately it is limited by the amount of $$$ on hand or the balance of my credit card. And of course, it is shopping for SB supplies - what else??? I think I have enough to SB a layout everyday for the rest of my life - but that hasn't stopped me yet.
I love to learn new techniques, and the gallery here at ACOT has provided me with so much inspiration.
