Re: July 3 in a Row

Many years ago, rick-rack was absolutely my favorite embellishment. I may have used it all up, but I may have some left. I hadn't thought about it in a while. I haven't been scrapping at all lately, but I hope I can find some and do this challenge.

Re: JULY What's on TV? CHALLENGE

I think I did zero layouts in June, so maybe I will do better in July. I like this challenge, I often have 2 similar photos and can't decide which.

Re: The Dog Days of Summer Have Begun!

I'd be happy with that weather, pouring rain here again today. I feel like I live in a rainforest. Cute photos of the dos though, I hope they enjoyed the warm day.

Re: Do you print your own photos? or Where do you buy prints?

I print my own, I have a professional quality photo printer and quality is excellent, but the ink is very expensive. I try to only print what I am going to use and I like being able to print different photos in different sizes. I also use it for other things besides scrapbooking. What brand/model i...

Re: Poll: favorite cardstock

The old Co'ordinations, just great quality and great colors plus all those funky options like Kraft core.
For every day, I like textured, either AC or Bazzill, but I use also smooth for black and white.

Re: Do you scrap events or stories?

both. These days I mostly scrap vacations and sports because my kids are teenagers, but when there is a good story, I always scrapped it. Often I use the journaling of the story with the photos from the event or from an adjacent event.

Re: Inks for paper edges

Bought one or 2 of the Prima a while back and they made a mess, smudged all over the place. I think the formula is better now because so many people seem to like them, but I never tried them again. No need as I have over 20 colors of the Quick Quotes which is more than enough for me,.

Re: Inks for paper edges

I use chalk inks for edging. My favorite is Quick Quotes PowderPuff, but the color box cat-eye ones are nice too. Both have good shapes for edging.
