I chose the red, white and black colors, the tipped photo for the bottle, and sand for the ice.

This was SOOOO hard for me, and messy, lol. I hope this is what you are looking for. I used alcohol with the water colors, then inked the edges.

Wow, this was really a challenge for me. I have never used a cut file. Though I really like the look, it sure is time consuming!! I will try again sometime!
I chose the third row going down, blue, hearts and the date.

Does it have to be a Patriotic theme?  Or just a red, white, blue layout with a flag on it if possible?
