Re: MMC coming at you!

I have been busy the past month and haven't been able to participate much in the MMC's, but my calendar is pretty clear this week, so I'm looking forward to the challenges!

Here is one, combined with the Xmas in July challenge.
I used a lot of bling as flower centers.  I also matted and popped up some flower stickers to add some dimension.

Re: JULY What's on TV? CHALLENGE

I have a question for you, Joannie... Does the layout have to have only 2 photos, or is it ok if there are more photos, as long as 2 of the photos are similar?

Here is one more last-minute entry.  Sorry about the super bad photo.  Maybe I'll try to retake the pic in the morning. ** I did retake the picture and replace it! I lifted this LO by Laura: https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/395611-490.jpg and came up with this: https://sbing.com/i/gallery2/398825-490.jp...

Re: July Let's Try... Challenge

Just watched your first video.  What a beautiful layout!!

Is it true that distress inks last forever?  Because I've collected paints and inks in many colors over the years, but I don't use them enough, and most have dried out. :(

Re: Challenge Question...Part 2

I was just in the Los Angeles area where I grew up, and the radio station K-EARTH 101, which used to be also be described "oldies but goodies" was now being called "music of the 70s, 80s and 90s."   That would be my favorite kind of music, although I'm not a big fan of 90s music.  I'm not sure what ...

Re: Do you print your own photos? or Where do you buy prints?

I print mine on a Canon Pixma printer, but the ink is expensive.  I bought a Selphy a couple years ago (the gold Teresa Collins one) and have never taken it out of the box!  I hope it still works.  I keep thinking I should order in bulk, but I use a lot of sketches for inspiration, and I find that I...

Re: June Goals

I didn't really set a goal, but I got 10 layouts done in 2 weeks this month.  I am leaving on vacation today, so that will be all I get done before the end of the month.  While I'm happy with any amount I get scrapped, I'm sad that I had SOOO many layouts planned, especially with all the motivation ...

Re: Mean People Suck

I'm so sorry to hear.  There was a house near us (on one of the main roads through town) that always had a bunch of pig statues in their front yard.  They'd dress them up for holidays, etc. and everyone loved them.  Someone stole them one day.  People took up a collection to help them replace them, ...
