Well, everyone managed to do a non-Christmas layout for the bonus!   The randomly drawn winner of this challenge is KristinG!  PM me your address, so I can mail you a little prize. 

With all the fun of NSD and the extended time (and my last weeks of school), I decided to wait to post this and combine it with June.   So, you will have more time to complete this challenge!

May is all about the end of school for me, and our school colors are red and grey.  But, June is all about starting summer vacation!  Everything around me is green!   So, for this challenge, use a red/green color scheme like the mood board (you can throw in neutrals if you want, but no other colors).  Then, choose at least 3 additional inspirations from the mood board and be sure to let us know what inspired you!  

You will receive a bonus entry in the prize drawing if your layout is NOT Christmas-themed!



*You have until midnight, June 30th to upload your layout in the gallery spot I've provided to be entered in the prize drawing. 
*Must be a new layout. 
*Can be combined with one other challenge that allows combining, plus the monthly team challenge, 100 Papers, and bi-monthly prompt challenge (if we have one).

I was inspired by the frog on the pepper ( I put the cat with the watermelon)
I was inspired by the red bike (Oh my gosh have I been wanting to use then rub-on)
I was inspired by the red rain boots ( they aren't in my picture, but I loved that photo)
I was so excited to have an excuse to use that paper.

I liked your board this month. Its fun to use typical Christmas colors, but not for Christmas/
Here is my offering

My inspirations are the variegated leaves and grasses became my variegated background.
The thin leaves on the second picture on the left, inspired the stamp on the white cardstock.
And a combo of the wheels and the pepper inspired the pizza embellishments.

Red and Green (all matting is red though the big one is photographing darker). My 3 inspirations were the red flowers and leaves trailing on the boots, the greenery and the bricks behind the boots. The white paper is bricks. Combined with the Baby/Kid Challenge.

I have to say, this is the prettiest, most luscious and vibrant mood boards that epitomizes summer!  I had a few things I purchased that were sitting too long, and I didn’t know how or when I would use them.  Thankfully, your challenge came along and here it is!  I used a Graphic 45 collection called “Sunshine on My Mind”, along with a couple things from 49&M “Sunburst” and paper from Colorbök.  Thanks for spark and template for using my treasures.

My three additional inspirational items are polka dots, neutral background in most of the photos, and food.  There's not a lot of red in this, I just don't use that color much unless it's Christmas.  Bonus, this is not Christmas themed.

Entry with Bonus - I took inspiration from the basket in the photo (I staged my apples accordingly), the gathered skirt (butterfly), the frog, and the boots.

Here's mine - with bonus. I was inspired by: the red pepper made me think of other red vegetables and fruits and I had this red apple washi tape that I used, flowers - stickers and 2 round stickers inspired by bicycle wheels and polka dots.
