There are lots of 'firsts' for me involved in this LO. The first time I've printed my own digital pictures, printed on vellum and letting my first baby go off to Kindergarten.

The paper and journal boxes are all from Paper Bliss (purchased right here at good ol' SG).

The school bus, apples, pencils and crayon set are all from the Jolee's By You collection.

The tiny buttons are Favorite Findings and the red vellum is from Paperbilities.

The poem is all about a Mommy wondering what her little one is doing at school on the first day. The last stanza reads as follows:

"I wonder if you could possibly understand how hard it is for me to let you grow. On this day know that my heart breaks for this is the first step in letting my baby go."

Thanks for looking!

What a special layout, I adore the picture of the hands..and the poems.
Wow the poem got to me I forgot to look at the second page, how cute letting go!!
Ok I am saving that poem, brought tears to my eyes!!
I love the lo, and the pic of you holding his hand is so sweet!
This makes me sad that I wasn't sbing when Rory was little. Guess I'll have to make up for it now with the pics I take of him all grown.
Great layout! Great colors!
