<FONT face=arial>I cut the letters out a neat teal swirl kind of paper, then mounted them on navy blue and cut them out again. I mounted them on the teal and blue background, added a little vellum tag that I wrote "my little" on and made a tag and accent pieces to match. The little girl, legs with fins and fishes are all hand made paper piecings. The tag has hand torn shades of blue to look like water and then I added some glitter glue to the edges to make it "sparkle"</FONT>
