<P><FONT face=arial>This is a nice set to make if you have photos taken by the ocean. The water was made by using the TEAR TECHNIQUE - tearing different shades of blue cardstock and layering them. </FONT></P><P><FONT face=Arial>Pretty blue eyelets in the corners, scrabble / wooden tile letters, blue fibers tied on the tag and a few hand made paper piecings complete the set!</FONT></P>
I love this one. I have too many pictures of my son on the beach, I haven't started scrapbooking them, I was looking for the pecfect layout and this is it.
