I created this card using Doodlebug's chunky glitter, twine, and American Crafts glitter thickers. For the sun I punched out a yellow circle, covered it with glue and then with the chunky glitter. For the rays I used double sided tape and sprinkled the glitter on top. The circle part of the sun is popped up on foam squares.
