I made this to make our fireplace have a bit more wintery sparkle! I used metal rimmed paper key rings as the base for each cluster of embellishments. I was lucky enough to happen upon some Tiffany blue ones that matched my project, but you could use plain white ones from the office supply store, too. This is my entry into the February Favorite Things Challenge.
