Blue Parakeet is my favorite Cosmic Shimmer Opal Polish color when used with this Crafter's Companion 3D Trailing Time embossing folder by Sheena Douglass. (It looks great with all 3D folders).
Here it is on black cardstock. Dried naturally, then I spritz the back before embossing with a 3D embossing folder.
The opal blue comes thru so beautifully in person.
Finished it with a coat of holding wax.
