My submission for MMC #3. And for Motivation Inspiration #7 a pet. I was given Page 26 and I chose the Dixie Chicks CD album cover reveal. I was inspired by the title because we call our chickens the Dixie Chicks since we’re both from the south! And I used the circle from your page to highlight my title. These are pictures of the 3 chicks that hatched in our incubator last month. I cut the large circle from vellum and cardstock then stitched them together and added the title. The chicks and title were cut on my Silhouette. I used a border punch at the bottom and inked the edges of everything. They’ve grown a lot since these pictures were taken! I dug deep into the old stash for this layout!
Materials – Patterned Papers, Cardstock – Crate Paper; Vellum – Chatterbox; Stars – Sizzix; Ink – Ranger Distress Mini “Ground Espresso”; Embroidery Floss – Cado; Pens – Sakura Gelly Roll; Title cut on Silhouette using “Chilly Day” font for the “Meet the” and the Snap ITC font for “Dixie Chicks”
