For the Graphic Design and the Recycling Challenges
I've used greens, and everyone in the photo was watching a mystery show on TV. This warmed my heart to see my boyfriend watching TV with my nephews. My nephews even wanted to cuddle up and it just was too sweet of a moment that you KNOW I had to snap some pictures! I had so much fun scrapping this photo!
I did use a premade mixed media background (Vicki Boutin) and added some alcohol inks, then some stenciling (Carta Bella enigma confidential), then some die cuts and stickers and buttons, distressed with some inks on the edges, and love how it came out! Bonus! Not only did I use some new items, but the black and white houndstooth ribbon? Actually a punch out from The Philadelphia Group - I've had this since about 2005 and it's too cool to actually use this old stuff with this new stuff!!
