Two weeks ago we noticed water dripping into our well house from the roof so up on top DH went to investigate. Discovered a HUGE hole in the metal roof that the previous owners simply covered with another partial sheet of metal rather than a proper fix. So we replaced two sheets and later this year, we'll take the whole roof off, replace some of the cross beams and replace all the metal panels.

It's always something.
