I watercolored the scene for Natalie's DIY Background challenge and created my layout. (My first time making a scene with my watercolor paints!)
I taped the dried wc paper to a sheet of card stock because it isn't a thick paper, it's by Prang and I don't see a weight stated. After tearing the edges of the layers I inked with Distress ink Old Paper. Letters cut with Cricut.
