For the background of my card, I cricut-ed out (yes just made that a verb ha!) a circles cut file and glued that on. I love the yellow on yellow! I used a shimmer pen around the circles as well to have them pop a bit. Then splattered some white paint, and added a frame and embellishments. So simple and cute!
