I LOVE using cut files for titles! I cricut-ed out this love cut file on white cardstock then ink blended in kind of an ombre look. I backed the O's with my photos and left the rest. I splattered white paint on my background paper, and added a few enamel dots. I also added some shimmer around the O's with the Nuvo shimmer pen. I want to shimmer everything with that pen! :)
