I started out by adding Finnabair Modeling Paste through a stencil to the top half of the canvas. Once dry, I watered down a few drops of the the Umber liquid acrylic paint and applied it over the stenciled medium.

Then I added a few drops of the same acrylic paint to a bit of the Paper Texture Paste. Using a palette knife, I applied it in downward strokes, starting from the center of the canvas.

I painted the moulds with white gesso first, then painted them with watered down Umber liquid acrylic. Then I used a stencil brush to dab the brown Rust Paste onto the moulds. I added highlights with the Steampunk Copper metallique paint.

I broke a mica tile and then added creases to it by bending it a bit. I glued this to the back of the grungy frame. I glued the frame to the canvas using some cut up cardboard. Then I added the flowers around the canvas as well as the vintage lightbulbs.
