This is my husband’s favorite meal. I love it too! I got the recipe from a cruise ship chef in the 1990s. The crews from the ships always came to Burger Queen for lunch and I asked him how he made halibut. It’s a very simple recipe and only takes about 25 minutes from start to finish!
