I used a stencil with expanding mousse to create the swirls. Then I sprayed white glimmer mist all over. (The smaller picture shows the mist better.) I inked the edges with black ink and outlined them with black fine point Sharpie. I added some Nuvo drops. For the background I used some kiss cut PET tape.
