Inspired by the city skyline of Seattle (Carmen Sandiego challenge). I used a city border punch in many colors, and some really cool city at night paper. This is actually Cleveland...well, not even really Cleveland, but a cool neighborhood of the city. But I loved the colors of the night in the photos and wanted to match it.
