We just got back from two weeks in the UK, so I am overwhelmed with photos to scrap! I am torn between organizing by day and place or theme. One such theme was food. In fact, much of my planning on where to go and stay was around food and the desire to get foods we can't get here in the states. In this case, authentic steak & ale pie and for breakfast - KIPPERS! Anyone remember the Supertramp song "Breakfast in America" with the line "Could we have kippers for breakfast? Mummy dear, Mummy dear. Gotta have them in Texas...". Well, they DON'T have them in here Texas so I had them in Lancaster!
