Oh my gosh, I bought this sashiko kit (traditional Japanese embroidery) I think 20 years ago and tucked it away. While cleaning and purging these past few months, I found this squished between some other usual Japanese craft kits. US tissue boxes are a bit bigger now but I think it still looks good. Please disregard any orange hairs you see - the cats found the thread and claimed it as a toy (thank goodness I had taken out the needle!).

This was a fast project since the design was preprinted on the fabric and the stitch is just a running stitch.
