A few simple mixed media techniques, a fun cut file, and some dimensional details can completely transform a scrapbook layout. I love how the combination of stenciling, texture paste, stitching, and layered embellishments adds so much interest while still allowing the Frightful Fun collection from Simple Stories to shine.
