Using up my PhotoPlay holiday paper stash, I covered both mailing tags with the E-Z Runner Ultra Strong. Then used a gold brad to secure both tags and shifted to add to the 5 x 7" card base which I embossed with a Spellbinders embossing folder (retired).
Focal point of the layout is the wreath made out of Creative Photo Corners (Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L)! Cut the bottoms of them, tuck them into each other to create a chain. Using a thin ring cut from white cardstock as guide to create a wreath and secure them with the E-Z Runner Micro (1/8" width of double-sided tape) for the win!
