I had no idea cacti grows in Virginia! But what was really confusing was why our Village landscapers decided to plop one down randomly on our street. Nothing else. Just the cactus. Everywhere else there are bushes, flowers, trees...we have a dirt mound and a cactus. Wonder what the vision is 'cuz I don't see it.
