This is the second page in my dad's trip around the world album. As I explained in the first LO, he decided to travel the world, and quit his job, sold his house and began traveling in April of 2007. He began by going all around Mexico via Motorcycle with his brother-in-law Ken. Then he went to Utah and Colorado. While he was on this trip, he stopped in Mesa Verdi National Park, where he took these beautiful photos.

The larger photo is of a field in Mesa Verdi, while the bottome picture is of an area that was destroyed by a forest fire several years ago, and is undergoing re-growth. The picture to the right is a picture of a cool-looking tree at sunset.

The kit used is Verde Bleu by DesignsbyKrista. I had no intention of making a "pun" or didn't even notice that the kit name "Verde Bleu" and the place in the layout "Mesa Verdi" until I completed the LO and was saving it!! This kit is perfect for these pictures, in all ways, including the name! The colors are gorgeous, and the textures are amazing, like all of Krista's kits are!
