I created the chipboard frame using AC pens, Walmart bling. I painted ink on large bubble wrap and stamped behind the pic. I used misc ribbon, mm sparkly stars also painted, Q&Co chipboard letters, one with SU wire wrapped around, mm and Daisy D flowers, OTC sparkly brad, unknown buttons.
